Requirements
- 6–9+ years in SRE / Platform / Infrastructure Engineering
- Proven experience scaling Kubernetes in high-throughput production environments
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes scheduler behavior, StatefulSets, and persistent workloads
- Experience with autoscaling strategies (HPA, VPA, KEDA, custom scaling)
- Strong Terraform or Crossplane experience
- GitOps workflows (ArgoCD / Flux) experience
- CI/CD reliability experience
- Proficiency in Go (strongly preferred) or equivalent systems language
- AWS production experience
- Experience in diagnosing production failures at the cluster scale
- Automation-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Design and build infrastructure primitives that define how Chainlink Decentralized Oracle Networks (DONs) scale.
- Create the Kubernetes-based control plane for deterministic horizontal scaling and safe, repeatable infrastructure expansion.
- Develop core infrastructure components, including Kubernetes Operators and scaling automation.
- Build systems that define scaling, reliability, and decentralization of protocol-level services.
- Improve operational efficiency by codifying scaling logic into reusable operators.
