Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience within a technology-focused role, including business analysis, information architecture, or software development support.
- Strong ability to gather business requirements and communicate technical specifications.
- Advanced SQL expertise.
- Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and testing Windows Server-based applications.
- Experience documenting processes and creating technical diagrams.
- Proven ability to work in large, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting project deployments and process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, or production environments.
- Familiarity with modern digital platforms, integration frameworks, and information architecture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with digital manufacturing teams and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support the configuration, deployment, testing, and optimization of digital manufacturing applications.
- Execute initiatives aligned with digital manufacturing strategy to ensure project delivery.
- Identify process and workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with factory personnel and technical teams to support system enhancements and issue resolution.
- Evaluate existing systems and document requirements to support solution adoption.
- Assist with project coordination and stakeholder communication for technology initiatives.
