Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years’ experience or Associate’s degree plus 5 years’ experience in Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
- 7+ years in technology field including Information Architecture, Information Analysis, or Software Development.
- Demonstrated experience of business requirements gathering.
- Demonstrated experience of deployment and implementation of small/medium size projects.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong SQL experience.
- Technical writing and diagramming skills.
- Experience in working within an agile/scrum team environment.
- Demonstrated experience working in highly-collaborative large cross-functional projects.
- Windows Server applications support, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Knowledge of Product Supply operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis, configuration, and deployment of applications.
- Execute solutions based on strategic vision.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with factory personnel, team members, SMEs, and external vendors.
- Manage projects, enhancements, and solve problems relating to ongoing initiatives.
