Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working at a high-volume staffing firm or for a company with a two-sided marketplace.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Proven ability to own and deliver against market-level recruiting targets, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Experience building and managing full-cycle recruiting funnels, from outbound sourcing through onboarding and activation.
- Interpersonally savvy with the ability to build trust across diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to learn a new industry quickly and become fluent in its mechanics and language.
- Excel at planning and process management, especially building and scaling recruiting funnels.
- Persistence, adaptability, and the ability to pivot quickly when processes require adjustment.
Responsibilities
- Own market-by-market recruiting targets to ensure network reporter capacity.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new court reporters onto the platform.
- Develop and refine the value proposition for potential court reporters.
- Build, manage, and optimize the end-to-end recruiting funnel, including outbound sourcing.
- Determine ROI for industry events and sponsorships.
- Provide recruiting performance readouts and identify funnel improvements.
- Design and streamline provider onboarding, workflows, and tools introduction.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of court reporting industry standards and certifications.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Ops, and Data teams on collateral and process feedback.
