Requirements
- Solid working knowledge of SAP HR (must-have).
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of data entry accuracy.
- Experience with HR system reporting, troubleshooting, and process documentation.
- Ability to manage tickets via Zendesk.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with all levels of management.
- Capacity to manage multiple small projects simultaneously with general supervision.
Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain high-level data entry accuracy for new hires, terminations, and system changes.
- Conduct data integrity audits and coordinate necessary corrections.
- Define reporting needs with business leaders and create ad-hoc queries in SAP for data analysis.
- Troubleshoot, research, and respond to team member HR system inquiries via Zendesk.
- Assist with compensation analysis, payroll administration, and HR communication drafting.
- Lead implementation for small to medium projects and document HR processes.
- Conduct cross-training on HR system functionalities for end-users.
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff during HR system upgrades and testing.
