- High level of accountability and ownership
- Experience with or willingness to learn Guesty, Airbnb, Vrbo, Guesty Locks, and Guesty Accounting
- Proficiency with Slack, Google Docs, and Gmail
- Work-from-home setup with Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum
- 100 Mbps internet connection
- Required backup device, internet, and power supply
Responsibilities
- Manage guest communication across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, direct bookings)
- Ensure timely, professional responses aligned with brand standards
- Handle escalated guest issues via phone, email, or messaging
- Coordinate guest-related operational requests including pool heating, special accommodations, and vendor maintenance
- Monitor supply inventory and coordinate restocking needs
- Ensure listings are accurate and updated across all booking platforms
- Process guest refunds accurately and promptly
- Submit and track damage claims with insurance providers
- Maintain and improve operational workflows and SOP compliance
- Perform administrative support tasks including data entry and report updates
