Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in program/project management, business operations, transformation, governance, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional execution through governance, operating cadence, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and influence skills.
- Experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency in developing executive-ready materials, status updates, action logs, and performance reporting.
- Experience with Agile/Lean-Agile methodologies, scaled delivery, and change management preferred.
- Experience with automation, process improvement, or technology-enabled transformation preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise tool implementation impacts and cross-org integration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the weekly transformation cadence, including leadership reviews and workstream sessions.
- Maintain the Custom Networks transformation roadmap and ensure alignment with operating priorities.
- Operate performance tracking mechanisms like KPIs, cost/schedule health, and reporting routines.
- Partner with Finance to track benefits and ensure operational improvements yield measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional leaders to foster collaboration.
