Requirements
- Significant experience in employee engagement, employee experience, or culture-focused roles.
- Proven ability to deliver programmes that drive engagement and improve outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience working in a fast-changing environment.
- Data-literacy, including ability to interpret insights and communicate findings clearly.
- Confident in influencing stakeholders and presenting recommendations.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to innovate and challenge the status quo.
- Strong communicator capable of balancing strategy with delivery.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or a regulated global business (nice to have).
- Familiarity with People Insight or Denison Culture Assessments (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Evolve and manage the company's employee recognition programme to ensure consistency and adoption.
- Partner with managers to embed values-led behaviours and bring the cultural narrative to life.
- Deliver the employee listening strategy, including analysis of Employee Pulse data.
- Translate data trends into actionable insights for senior leaders.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to deliver engagement initiatives and projects end-to-end.
- Build scalable solutions that empower managers to take local action.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and improve employee experience processes.
