Requirements

- Proven ability to deliver programmes that drive engagement and improve business outcomes.
- Highly data-literate, with the ability to interpret insights and communicate findings clearly.
- Confident influencing stakeholders and presenting strategic recommendations.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to innovate and challenge the status quo.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in small teams.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or a regulated global business (nice to have).
- Familiarity with People Insight or Denison Culture Assessments (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the employee recognition programme to ensure it is meaningful and widely adopted.
- Drive awareness and participation in initiatives that reinforce company culture and celebrate impact.
- Deliver the employee listening strategy, including analyzing Employee Pulse data to identify trends and risks.
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end engagement initiatives.
- Build and implement scalable solutions that empower managers to improve local engagement.
