Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an asset.
  • 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in logistics, operations, or enterprise transformation.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex projects within global or highly matrixed organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean management, continuous improvement methodologies, and structured problem-solving techniques.
  • PMP certification required; ASCM/APICS certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience with operational transformation programs, including ERP and supply chain management system implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Experience developing project governance models, tracking performance metrics, and managing executive reporting.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, develop practical solutions, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and standardize logistics transformation projects focused on operational excellence, process automation, logistics technology, and customer solutions.
  • Develop project plans, define scope, establish timelines, manage resources, and coordinate deliverables across cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer expectations, and operational priorities.
  • Build and maintain project governance frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, reporting structures, and performance tracking processes.
  • Prepare and present executive-level project updates, recommendations, risks, and progress reports to senior leadership.
  • Manage project budgets, funding channels, and resource allocation.
  • Identify project risks, opportunities, dependencies, and improvement areas while developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Champion Lean methodologies, continuous improvement practices, and structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste and improving efficiency.
