Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in clinical research.
- 5+ years of experience in site leadership roles (e.g., Site Director, RDO).
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
- Exceptional knowledge of clinical research methods.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel (30-40%).
- Proven experience in process improvement and risk assessment.
- Experience in writing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Office365 products.
- Strong negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and daily access to an automobile.
Responsibilities
- Own the regional P&L and execute against budgeted revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets.
- Drive strategic and tactical decisions to optimize regional profitability in collaboration with Site Directors.
- Analyze operational volume and labor staffing models to determine optimal requirements.
- Oversee regional operational and financial metrics, including budget development and variance analysis.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing Site Directors and site leadership teams.
- Ensure all clinical trial activities comply with GCP, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and HIPAA laws.
- Drive standardization of operations, systems, and processes across all regional sites.
- Support the commercial team in feasibility assessments and strategic sponsor relationship development.
