Proven experience implementing eClinical platforms, electronic data capture, or decentralized trial technologies.
Deep understanding of clinical trial lifecycle and industry standards (GCP, ICH, FDA, EMA).
Experience leading transformation initiatives in highly matrixed global organizations.
Strong program management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in KPI development, dashboard creation, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to influence diverse teams and drive adoption of new operational solutions.

Lead global development operations transformation initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including scoping, planning, execution, and completion.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve clinical trial performance.
Drive the integration of digital technologies and AI/ML applications into clinical operations.
Establish project governance, KPIs, and reporting processes to monitor business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, regulatory, and local business units.
Assess and mitigate project risks and interdependencies.
Develop business cases and ROI evaluations to drive value creation.
Communicate progress and milestones to senior leadership.
