- 15+ years of experience leading workforce capability, organizational learning, or transformation in large global organizations preferred.
- Proven experience designing competency models, capability frameworks, and skills architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership to align capability investments with business strategy.
- Experience building and scaling new functions, governance models, and operating frameworks.
- Strong understanding of modern workforce trends, skills-based organizations, and innovative development models.
- Experience leveraging workforce analytics, digital learning technologies, knowledge management, and AI.
- Ability to anticipate future capability needs and translate them into actionable workforce strategies.
- Experience operating in highly matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong strategic thinking, systems orientation, consulting abilities, and executive presence.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead workforce capability and learning strategy by partnering with senior leaders to identify critical skills, competencies, and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level competency frameworks and capability architectures.
- Translate business strategy, operating model changes, and workforce trends into multi-year capability development roadmaps.
- Design and oversee learning strategies that align investments with organizational goals and measurable performance outcomes.
- Act as the business owner for learning demand management across internal and external teams.
- Establish governance models, prioritization processes, and operating frameworks for capability and learning.
- Build and improve onboarding and workforce readiness frameworks to ensure consistent role-based experiences.
- Modernize learning operations, curriculum management, and knowledge-sharing practices.
- Use workforce analytics and learning effectiveness metrics to identify gaps and guide strategic investments.
