Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Electrical Superintendent in industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of project drawings and documents.
- Deep knowledge of NEC, electrical installation standards, and construction practices.
- Strong understanding of electrical services, construction methods, and relevant safety regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Proficiency in BlueBeam and/or Adobe.
Responsibilities
- Enforce company, customer, OSHA, and NFPA 70E safety policies, including daily briefings and audits.
- Coordinate detailed work plans, manpower forecasts, and look-ahead schedules with project management.
- Direct crews and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project scope and craft competency.
- Manage project finances by monitoring labor hours, material usage, and change orders to control budgets.
- Ensure work quality complies with specifications and codes while coordinating with QA/QC personnel.
- Serve as the primary on-site client contact to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
