Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of project management experience focusing on electric transmission, utility infrastructure, energy, or land/ROW projects.
- Strong background in easement acquisition and land agreements for high-voltage infrastructure.
- Experience negotiating ROW easements, surface agreements, encroachment agreements, and damage settlements.
- Familiarity with utility project lifecycles, property rights, and landowner coordination.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, invoicing, and client reporting.
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally throughout North Texas for meetings and site visits.
- Experience with Vision or similar project management/accounting software (preferred).
- AAPL, IRWA, or SR/WA certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Oversee land and ROW acquisition activities including easement negotiations, rights of entry, and surface agreements.
- Establish and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Manage contracts and sub-consultants to ensure milestones and performance metrics are met.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the client through regular regional presence and project pipeline management.
- Manage project documentation, invoicing, and collections using project management software.
- Provide regular financial and progress reports to leadership.
- Coach and mentor project team members.
