Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Land Surveying, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of project management experience with a focus on electric transmission, utility infrastructure, or energy-related land and ROW work.
- Strong background in easement acquisition and land agreements for high-voltage infrastructure.
- Expertise negotiating ROW easements, surface leases, encroachment agreements, and fee property transactions.
- Familiarity with FERC and state utility commission regulations.
- Proficiency with Vision project management software.
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally throughout Missouri and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication skills for frequent in-person client engagement and stakeholder meetings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee land and ROW acquisition activities including easement negotiations, rights of entry, and damage settlements.
- Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform contract management and sub-consultant oversight.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients through frequent in-person meetings, site visits, and project pipeline management.
- Handle project documentation using Vision, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.
- Coach and mentor project team members.
