- Exceptional organizational abilities and strong business acumen
- Outstanding communication skills
- Knowledge of corporate travel systems, policies, and procedures
- Ability to create an engaging and motivating team environment
- Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity for video conferencing and secure system access
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to team members
- Assist with questions, escalations, and problem-solving
- Drive financial results and achieve KPI targets
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance
- Motivate and maintain strong team engagement and morale
- Identify and develop future leaders within the team
- Provide clear vision, direction, and focus
