Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in broking support or credit analysis.
- Proven ability to manage loan applications from lodgment to settlement.
- Experience working as a loan processor or credit analyst servicing Australian clients.
- Fluent written and spoken English with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn digital tools and CRM systems for workflow management.
- Exceptional accuracy and high attention to detail in data input.
- Stable fiber internet connectivity with at least 50 Mbps bandwidth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of residential and commercial loan applications from initial lodgement to final settlement.
- Execute administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation management with high precision.
- Organise and oversee multiple loan pipelines concurrently while meeting strict deadlines.
- Assess borrower creditworthiness and structure deals within Australian bank lending policies.
- Maintain audit trails for compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
- Communicate professionally with mortgage brokers, clients, and lenders to progress applications.
