Requirements
- Previous experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker.
- Strong understanding of Australian residential lending processes.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Connective Mercury.
- Hands-on experience with ApplyOnline (AOL).
- High attention to detail, specifically for auditing documents and identifying liabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Adobe, and Canva.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain client files, update statuses, and ensure file completion in the CRM.
- Review and audit incoming documents for completeness, compliance, and undisclosed liabilities.
- Enter client data into Mercury and prepare loan submissions for broker approval in ApplyOnline (AOL).
- Monitor application progress, lender turnaround times, and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Assist with settlement bookings, verify loan offer accuracy, and manage settlement documentation.
- Support general administration tasks including shared inbox monitoring and creating marketing materials in Canva.
