- Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics software or tools is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track the status of trucks and shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Schedule and manage appointments for pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff.
- Prepare reports for the logistics department.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding shipping status and logistics.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss logistics planning and strategies.
