Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years in a leadership or director-level role managing data and analytics teams.
- Deep expertise in the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric (or Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory).
- Experience working with complex, large-scale datasets, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- Understanding of Medicare data.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science).
- Strategic and business-focused mindset.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive BI and analytics strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers, data analysts, and Power BI developers.
- Provide strategic direction for data architecture including Microsoft Fabric.
- Partner with business stakeholders across sales, marketing, and client services to translate requirements into analytics content.
- Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and security practices including HIPAA compliance.
