Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Minimum of 3 years working with Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Advanced expertise with Tableau's functionality, capabilities, limitations, and security frameworks.
- Advanced expertise with Power BI's capabilities, limitations, and security frameworks.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools including SQL, Python, and R.
- Advanced expertise in data storage strategies for maximizing BI performance.
- Experience building client-facing BI solutions.
- Strong understanding of BI documentation standards and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Healthcare data experience strongly preferred.
- Data modeling experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand internal and external client analytic needs and logic.
- Define success criteria and develop measurement frameworks.
- Build scalable, high-performance BI solutions to address internal and client analytic needs.
- Institute and enforce documentation standards for business intelligence dashboards.
- Drive consistency in metric names, calculations, and delivery.
- Analyze raw data to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Present data insights and findings to executive-level stakeholders and clients.
- Mentor junior team members on analytics, storytelling, and communication best practices.
