Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing Field Service Management or similar solutions.
- Significant focus on the utilities and energy industries.
- Proven track record of leading complex FSM implementations and integrating with ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, and Datawarehouse systems.
- Experience with web-based business application development (XML, JSON, HTML 5, Angular JS).
- Experience with cloud-based FSM platforms (Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service, ServiceNow FSM, Click).
- Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience designing and developing integration solutions using SOAP and REST web services.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Demonstrated experience in team building, leadership, and mentorship.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of comprehensive FSM solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients in the utilities and energy sectors.
- Develop detailed architectural blueprints that outline system integrations, data flows, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight during the implementation of FSM solutions to ensure adherence to architectural designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery.
- Engage with clients to translate business processes and challenges into functional and technical requirements.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals.
- Establish and enforce best practices for solution design, coding standards, and system integrations.
