Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4–7 years in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting role with enterprise clients.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, model APIs, agent frameworks, and tool/function calling.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, APIs, middleware/iPaaS, and event-driven patterns.
- Experience with enterprise business systems across ERP, CRM, ITSM, or data platforms.
- Proven ability to scope, estimate technical work, and defend estimates to clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to technical and executive audiences.
- Experience operating in early-stage, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Source and develop new business opportunities across existing accounts and partner channels.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to map operational workflows to agent automation.
- Design high-level agent architectures, including system integration, security, and observability models.
- Scope and size engagements by estimating work units and defining engagement structures.
- Draft and present proposals, SOWs, and technical architectures to executive stakeholders.
- Handle technical objections regarding AI security, infrastructure, and model choices.
- Mobilize delivery teams post-sale and stay engaged as an ongoing project sponsor.
