Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end closing, financial reporting).
- 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
- Commitment to work during 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST hours.
- Proven experience managing day-to-day client relationships.
- Experience in a multi-client environment (highly preferred).
- Ability to learn and embrace new technology.
- Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality.
- Capacity to work part-time (25-30 hours) or full-time.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
- Support client onboarding processes for assigned engagements.
- Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
- Perform monthly bookkeeping entries and close the books.
- Prepare financial reporting and analysis for clients.
- Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships within established budgets.
- Recommend additional services or tools to drive client value.
- Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-in meetings.
- Learn and embrace new technology to solve client issues.
