Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive compensation experience, including ownership of compensation programs.
  • Proven experience with equity compensation, market benchmarking, and compensation modeling.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience advising business leaders on compensation decisions and explaining complex tradeoffs.
  • Experience leading annual compensation review cycles and partnering cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in modern analytics and AI-enabled tools.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience designing or administering incentive compensation programs, including sales or corporate bonuses.
  • Fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree or relevant certification (CCP, GRP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HRBPs regarding compensation recommendations.
  • Own the planning and execution of annual and off-cycle compensation programs, including market analysis and budget modeling.
  • Lead complex cross-functional compensation initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People Operations teams to improve compensation systems and processes.
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve compensation workflows, reporting, and analysis.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to provide feedback on Lattice's compensation product.
  • Refine career frameworks and leveling guidelines to support organizational growth.
  • Conduct cash and stock equity modeling, benchmarking, and reporting.
  • Manage quarterly compensation committee materials and executive recommendations.
  • Maintain governance over compensation data, structures, and documentation.
