Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid social media buying, digital media planning, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap Ads, X Ads, and Reddit Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to manage performance budgets against CAC, CPA, ROAS, revenue, and LTV goals.
- Experience developing creative testing roadmaps and data-driven optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect channel-level results to business outcomes.
- Experience working with agencies, creative teams, analytics teams, and compliance stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in sports betting, gaming, subscription, or high-velocity consumer acquisition environments preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally to New York City and Denver for meetings, conferences, and team-building.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day planning, buying, pacing, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns for Fanatics Sportsbook.
- Develop paid social media plans that align with sportsbook goals, state priorities, and sports calendar moments.
- Manage budgets, bids, audiences, creative rotations, and campaign structures across multiple social platforms.
- Optimize campaigns against acquisition, first deposit, and lifetime value goals.
- Partner with Creative and Brand teams to develop briefs, testing roadmaps, and performance feedback loops.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and executive-ready readouts.
- Manage agency workflows and platform partner relationships to ensure accountability.
- Lead testing across creative concepts, hooks, audiences, and platform betas.
- Maintain rigorous QA for compliance, ad copy, and tracking parameters.
- Mentor and provide direction to the Social Media Associate Buyer.
