Requirements
- Familiarity with Hack The Box platforms and products
- Proficiency with developer tools (DevTools)
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience in web applications development
- Ability to identify bugs and clearly describe issues
- Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and patience
- Experience with networks and network engineering
- Ability to organize and manage multiple communication channels independently
Responsibilities
- Manage requests from the customer user-base across HTB platforms and reproduce user-reported issues
- Forward requests to relevant parties internally for solution provisioning or additional checks
- Communicate in real-time with users via Intercom and occasionally through Discord
- Update relevant stakeholders daily on the progress of technically complex issues
- Open internal JIRA tickets including reproducible steps for bugs or user issues
- Evaluate the impact of issues in frontend or backend and take appropriate actions
- Maintain a high level of familiarity with the HTB platform
