Requirements

  • Familiarity with Hack The Box platforms and products
  • Proficiency with developer tools (DevTools)
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience in web applications development
  • Ability to identify bugs and clearly describe issues
  • Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
  • Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and patience
  • Experience with networks and network engineering
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple communication channels independently

Responsibilities

  • Manage requests from the customer user-base across HTB platforms and reproduce user-reported issues
  • Forward requests to relevant parties internally for solution provisioning or additional checks
  • Communicate in real-time with users via Intercom and occasionally through Discord
  • Update relevant stakeholders daily on the progress of technically complex issues
  • Open internal JIRA tickets including reproducible steps for bugs or user issues
  • Evaluate the impact of issues in frontend or backend and take appropriate actions
  • Maintain a high level of familiarity with the HTB platform
