Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in talent development, performance management, leadership development, organizational development, or change management.
- Proven experience building and shipping talent programs such as leveling/job architecture frameworks, performance review cycles, or leadership programs.
- Experience in relevant consulting practices or on high-growth technology People teams.
- Exceptional writing skills for producing curricula, scripts, guides, and communications.
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills for hosting sessions and orientations.
- Academic mindset with the ability to research and interpret evidence-based studies.
- Affinity for fintech and interest in developing deep industry expertise.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed organizational model.
Responsibilities
- Partner with People Operations leadership on organizational design, leveling, and career pathways.
- Build a talent development pipeline, including content, assessments, and practices for career progression.
- Design an early career and apprenticeship pipeline to grow internal talent.
- Develop and maintain a first-time manager program and ongoing training for managers.
- Research and define evidence-based pathways for elite individual-contributor performance.
- Own the company onboarding curriculum and educate new hires on complex financial concepts.
- Support the performance cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
- Partner with team leadership to build technical and business fluency specific to product areas.
