Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in talent development, performance management, leadership development, organizational development, or change management.
  • Proven experience building and shipping talent programs such as leveling/job architecture frameworks, performance review cycles, or leadership programs.
  • Experience in relevant consulting practices or on high-growth technology People teams.
  • Exceptional writing skills for producing curricula, scripts, guides, and communications.
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills for hosting sessions and orientations.
  • Academic mindset with the ability to research and interpret evidence-based studies.
  • Affinity for fintech and interest in developing deep industry expertise.
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed organizational model.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with People Operations leadership on organizational design, leveling, and career pathways.
  • Build a talent development pipeline, including content, assessments, and practices for career progression.
  • Design an early career and apprenticeship pipeline to grow internal talent.
  • Develop and maintain a first-time manager program and ongoing training for managers.
  • Research and define evidence-based pathways for elite individual-contributor performance.
  • Own the company onboarding curriculum and educate new hires on complex financial concepts.
  • Support the performance cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
  • Partner with team leadership to build technical and business fluency specific to product areas.
