Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional social media management experience.
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Business Manager.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Agorapulse.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and SharePoint; experience with ClickUp is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience managing paid social budgets and ad campaigns.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a remote setting with occasional travel for events and conferences.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required for live events.
- Must be a United States Citizen and reside in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Manage all social media channels, including content curation, copy/script writing, and scheduling.
- Partner with creative teams and external creators to develop visuals, graphics, Reels, and TikToks.
- Analyze performance data using platform-native tools and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor and engage with the community through comments, DMs, and influencer relationships.
- Implement paid social media strategies and manage corresponding budgets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate social into broader marketing and event initiatives.
