Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional social media management experience.
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Business Manager.
- Experience with social media management tools (Agorapulse preferred).
- Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Must reside in the United States.
- Ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel occasionally for events, conferences, and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own Degy's comprehensive social media strategy, aligning it with brand and business goals.
- Manage all social media channels across Degy and affiliated companies.
- Conceptualize, curate, and create robust and unique posts that meet defined objectives.
- Write, curate, and edit copy and scripts with strong storytelling and brand alignment.
- Pull and analyze performance data using platform-native insights and tools.
- Create and implement paid social media strategies tailored for each platform.
- Monitor and engage with followers through comments, DMs, and mentions to foster relationships.
