Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content strategy, digital marketing, or communications.
- Proven experience developing and managing organic social media strategies across multiple platforms for diverse audiences.
- Strong background in content creation, storytelling, editorial judgment, creative direction, and community building.
- Experience managing external agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical, clinical, or regulated information into clear, engaging communications.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media metrics and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, social listening tools, and online community management.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools for content development and marketing execution.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends when required for urgent initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the organic social media strategy across key consumer, healthcare professional, and community channels.
- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies across channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Translate campaigns, product launches, clinical milestones, and educational initiatives into engaging and compliant social content.
- Manage content calendars, publishing workflows, creative development, and collaboration with internal teams and external agency partners.
- Build and nurture online communities through social listening, audience engagement, user-generated content, and meaningful interactions.
- Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including creator partnerships, agency collaboration, and the development of ambassador programs.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, regulatory, legal, product, and medical affairs teams.
- Define performance metrics, analyze campaign results, monitor audience behavior, and optimize social strategies.
