Requirements
- 2+ years of implementation experience with CCM products in financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or public sector.
- 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, product management, or similar software industry role.
- Strong knowledge of document management practices and associated software products.
- Familiarity with modern software architectures including SaaS and micro-services.
- Proven ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and POCs.
- Proven track record of supporting successful sales cycles and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
- Design, deploy, and manage evaluations and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs).
- Support sales in negotiations, understanding accounts and technical requirements.
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote solutions.
- Document results in the company CRM system.
