Requirements

  • Background in data science, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Proficiency in advanced statistics, data wrangling, and database management (SQL).
  • Strong coding and scripting skills in languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with software engineering, automation, and visualization tools like Superset or Tableau.
  • Proven experience leading and driving teams against planned roadmaps with a focus on coaching.
  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
  • Business level written and spoken English.
  • Ability to travel internationally 2-4 times a year for up to two weeks.
  • Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with data tools like Airbyte, Trino, or Temporal (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a specialized squad of People Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and UX Designers.
  • Bridge the gap between HR and technical teams to ensure behavioral intent is captured in code.
  • Move beyond descriptive metrics to predictive and prescriptive insights regarding workforce data.
  • Act as a translator to turn complex data models into compelling narratives and lead AI agent development.
  • Ensure the People Data Stack is secure, GDPR-compliant, and serves as a single source of truth.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage high-tech solutions to maximize human value in HR offerings.
