Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize concurrent assignments.
- Advanced expertise in NetSuite ERP, particularly with advanced inventory modules.
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis software such as Oracle EPM.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic GAAP accounting standards and concepts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the application environment with a focus on day-to-day operations of NetSuite and related financial systems.
- Document and maintain data model, data flow, and integration diagrams, as well as user guides.
- Translate business needs into product backlogs, user stories, and business requirements.
- Participate in system testing and troubleshooting to resolve operational issues.
- Provide technical support and training for staff regarding financial systems.
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to align system changes with business goals.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal system performance.
- Ensure financial data accuracy and integrity across systems.
