Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
- AI-native: daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini with intuition for AI capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage chaos and close loops independently.
- Clear writing and systems thinking abilities.
- Comfortable working in high-level environments while adding value.
- Ability to work with meaningful daily overlap with U.S. Pacific hours.
- Experience building with AI (e.g., agents, workflows, or side projects) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Administer enterprise AI platforms including Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Gemini, managing provisioning, access, usage governance, and billing.
- Automate AI platform administration tasks over time.
- Coordinate prioritization, preparation, and follow-through for the SVP of Innovation.
- Manage the Innovation team's weekly operating rhythm and maintain an accurate, current roadmap.
- Produce a weekly AI intelligence brief on frontier developments and team testing opportunities.
- Contribute to strategy conversations and develop a strategic voice for the team.
- Leverage the Nova ecosystem within the department.
