Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a creative agency or production studio.
- Proven experience managing photo, video, and marketing deliverables.
- Demonstrated project management experience with concurrent projects.
- Working proficiency in Monday.com or equivalent PM platform, Frame.io, and Vimeo.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and macOS-based creative workflows.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite post-production workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical QC feedback on audio, color, exposure, and pacing.
- C1+ English proficiency (CEFR).
Responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle from client intake to final delivery.
- Translate client goals into detailed briefs, timelines, and project milestones.
- Build and rebalance production schedules across freelance and staff editors, photographers, and videographers.
- Conduct technical QC reviews on audio, color, exposure, pacing, and platform-specific delivery specs.
- Design and roll out SOPs to improve throughput and consistency across production teams.
