Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Finance with an ecommerce business and FP&A environment.
- Strong grasp of growth finance concepts such as conversion funnel, retention, churn, CAC, LTV, and LTV:CAC.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (model architecture, formulas, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with EU business operations and specific local rules.
- Fluency in English.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in a professional or analytical context.
- Strong time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse large data sets to gain business insights.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and/or Adaptive is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare International regional budgets from the ground up, partnering with business leaders across customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze data to develop actionable insights that drive acquisition and retention performance using AI tools.
- Prepare all materials for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Own and improve core Growth Finance planning tools and models, integrating AI-driven forecasting and automation where possible.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to inform monthly forecasts, budgeting, and investment prioritization.
- Partner with the International Business team by tracking performance and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Analyse operational processes connected to accounting period closes, including accruals and variance analysis.
- Champion the use of AI and automation to streamline and improve FP&A processes.
