Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role at a startup.
- Focus on financial products or SaaS platforms in FinTech.
- Ability to run sprints and manage a product backlog.
- Extremely high trajectory and horsepower with a focus on owning outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights.
- Excellent communication, translation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in product management tools and platforms.
- Willingness to become an expert in compliance standards, regulations, and security protocols.
- Passion for innovation and customer-centric product development.
- Knowledge of credit risk assessment and banking operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own Flex's growth engine across multi-product experiences.
- Drive the enhancement of financial services including mobile apps, online account tools, and virtual payment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build internal financial solutions and optimize operational workflows.
- Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations and mitigate risks.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to inform product development decisions.
- Partner with engineering to provide clear requirements and prioritize the product backlog.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to optimize product outcomes.
- Collaborate with customer support to address feedback and improve user retention.
- Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap and strategy aligned with company objectives.
