Requirements
- 2 or more years of payer enrollment experience.
- Experience with Pacific Northwest payer enrollment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CredentialStream software experience is highly preferred.
- Certification in provider enrollment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Complete complex government and commercial payer enrollment applications in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain all necessary documentation for assigned clients and physicians.
- Communicate credentialing-related claims issues proficiently to client service managers, clients, and providers.
- Analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data.
- Manage workflow priorities to ensure all deadlines are met.
