Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare, enrollment, credentialing, or related fields.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to assess needs and triage bugs/defects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a professional team environment.
- Successful completion of a skills and competency assessment during the interview process.
- Residency in West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and translate business needs into requirements for technical teams.
- Monitor call center queues and reports.
- Perform independent research and data review across multiple projects.
- Analyze and document system requirements and business processes.
- Build conceptual data and process models to quantify impact.
- Verify client requirements in system design by executing and analyzing test cases.
- Follow internal policies, manuals, and healthcare/government guidelines.
- Participate in technical reviews and inspections with senior leaders.
