Responsibilities
- Act as a first responder to operational issues and staffing gaps during AP Reading events.
- Monitor reader participation and scoring performance to support real-time decision making.
- Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports for session leadership.
- Certify AP Exam forms are developed and delivered according to specifications.
- Coordinate the hand-off of finalized exam materials to downstream systems and print vendors.
- Develop and manage schedules for time-sensitive exam production workflows.
- Document operational processes, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
