Requirements

  • Proven business development, account management, or commercial experience within the fashion industry, particularly working with fashion, sportswear, luxury, or equipment brands.
  • Track record of growing strategic client relationships and closing complex deals.
  • Deep understanding of the fashion content and production landscape, including marketing, ecommerce, campaigns, and retail workflows.
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and navigating strategic, multi-layered commercial conversations within enterprise environments.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to translate client challenges into digital content solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging creative, operational, and commercial perspectives.
  • Nice-to-have: Background in visual content, CGI, creative production, or digital services.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in complex client environments.
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with structured sales processes, CRM tools, or pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial growth within the fashion vertical by expanding INDG’s presence across existing and new enterprise brand accounts.
  • Lead strategic sales and account development conversations with senior client stakeholders, shaping how INDG’s visual content and CGI capabilities are positioned.
  • Build and grow trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, identifying opportunities to expand INDG’s role as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Support and grow a healthy sales pipeline, keeping opportunities moving forward with clear forecasting, structured follow-up, and strong commercial ownership.
  • Partner closely with Account Directors, project management, marketing, and delivery teams to identify opportunities, shape propositions, and support deal execution.
  • Bring a strong understanding of the fashion content landscape, including campaign production, ecommerce, and seasonal go-to-market execution.
  • Translate complex client needs into clear, compelling commercial narratives that resonate with fashion brands.
  • Feed market and client insights back into internal planning to help refine INDG’s positioning and growth approach.
