Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, wholesale operations, vendor portal operations, or similar operational roles.
- Hands-on experience using retail vendor portals such as DSCO, Retail Link, SPS Commerce, or similar systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, tracker building, formatting, and structured data management.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working with pricing data, operational workflows, and structured reporting.
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Long-term mindset with interest in growing alongside the business.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar workflow-enhancement platforms.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Monitor retail vendor portals daily to ensure products are live, compliant, and priced correctly.
- Upload new products into retail systems and manage the process end-to-end.
- Identify and resolve portal issues before they impact retailer operations or orders.
- Track portal notifications, alerts, and exceptions to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct weekly competitor and retail market research to gather pricing, assortment, and promotional data.
- Audit pricing across retail systems and cross-reference against internal pricing lists.
- Prepare weekly exception reports and organize actionable data for leadership review.
- Maintain internal trackers, documentation, and operational logs to ensure accurate audit trails.
