- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize valuable process and operational improvements for GTM teams.
- Lead complex strategic projects, such as launching new sales teams, from conception to execution.
- Manage, coach, and align a team of analysts with company strategic initiatives.
- Optimize processes, workflows, and tools to enhance go-to-market efficiency.
- Resolve operational and system issues to ensure smooth sales team performance.
