Requirements

  • Strong experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar role, preferably in a technology company or fast-moving global environment.
  • Experience supporting Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or other customer-facing teams is strongly preferred.
  • Strong HR knowledge across employee relations, performance management, talent management, compensation, organizational design, change management, and leadership coaching.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex or sensitive information clearly and tailor messages to the audience.
  • Ability to push back with confidence, challenge leaders, and offer different perspectives.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to navigate complex, sensitive, and ambiguous situations with care and discretion.
  • Experience supporting global or distributed teams, with an understanding of how to partner across regions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to identify trends, tell a clear story, and recommend action.
  • Collaborative approach and the ability to work well across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Revenue leaders and managers on people priorities, including organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, talent planning, engagement, performance, and team health.
  • Provide clear guidance and practical recommendations on complex employee matters, balancing employee experience, business needs, risk, and consistency.
  • Build trusted relationships across Revenue and within the People Team through credibility, direct communication, and strong partnership.
  • Raise concerns, ask hard questions, and push for better decisions to mitigate risk or inconsistency.
  • Navigate difficult conversations with calm, structure, and sound judgment in high-pressure or ambiguous situations.
  • Lead and support core people processes including performance management, talent reviews, compensation cycles, and organizational changes.
  • Analyze data and business context to identify trends, surface risks, and recommend actions that improve team effectiveness and retention.
  • Collaborate across People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on Revenue priorities.
  • Support global and distributed teams by addressing regional considerations, cultural norms, and employee experience.
  • Contribute to internal programs by sharing feedback and helping build scalable HR practices.
