Requirements
- 8-9 years of experience with SaaS/PaaS product management
- Technical focus, being able to engage as a peer with engineering partners across R&D
- Bias to action, allowing you to deliver on the product vision
- Experience working with highly technical users who have big, sensible demands
- Experience being customer facing and ability to synthesize information from customers, product data, and industry trends
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Confident problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience delivering products in the data space preferred
- Familiarity with Apache Airflow or other modern data tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our platform team, which owns the Management Layer and Control Infrastructure of our SaaS data orchestration product, Astro.
- Engage deeply with our most strategic customers and customer facing teams to understand use cases and pain points, using evidence from that engagement to define a product roadmap for your team, in collaboration with our broader product and R&D organisation.
- Develop detailed use-cases and product requirements, working closely with the engineering team through the design, development, and release processes.
- Support product marketing and sales enablement to craft customer-focused messaging and content.
