Requirements
- Proven ability to independently own and execute complex integration projects end-to-end.
- Experience leading technical discovery and solution design with customer IT stakeholders.
- Proven ability to draft design documentation and guide customers through technical trade-offs.
- Strong data transformation and design experience.
- Ability to work alongside data engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Open to travel (up to 10%).
Responsibilities
- Own and execute integration projects from customer discovery through go-live, creating detailed project plans and coordinating stakeholders.
- Lead technical discovery and design engagements with customers, including on-sites to scope data interfaces and negotiate delivery timelines.
- Evaluate customer needs against Afresh's core data model and integration patterns, flagging misalignments and proposing adjustments.
- Analyze complex data relationships, identify root causes of anomalies, and build custom queries or lightweight tools for validation.
- Collaborate with data engineering, product engineering, and data science to drive integration delivery and resolve technical ambiguities.
- Contribute to team documentation, onboarding content, and process improvements, and mentor junior team members.
