Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GRC/security consulting or in-house compliance program ownership.
- Hands-on delivery track record across ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
- Ability to run several concurrent client engagements.
- Deep domain knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type I/II, and GDPR.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to standardize deliverables and reduce manual effort.
- Capability to own pricing, packaging, and margins for a book of business.
- Strong written communication and ability to run client workshops solo.
- ISO 27001 LA/LI, CISA, or CISM certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver standard-framework engagements including ISO 27001 implementation, SOC 2 Type I/II readiness, GDPR, and PCI DSS compliance.
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements to a consistent quality bar.
- Develop and evolve reusable IP including templates, control-mapping libraries, and workshop agendas.
- Define pricing, packaging, and forecasting for standard-framework engagements.
- Partner with Sales, SE, and CS teams to support deal conversion and renewals.
- Build AI-assisted playbooks for gap assessments and internal audit checklists.
- Establish quality control guardrails and handle scope management for client projects.
