Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Systems, Business Systems, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and Gong.
- Salesforce Admin Certification required.
- Experience designing and managing complex system architectures, integrations, and automations.
- Strong understanding of revenue technology ecosystems and go-to-market processes.
- Experience establishing data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Proven success leading large-scale systems implementations and optimization initiatives.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing technology vendors and external implementation partners.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the revenue technology ecosystem.
- Own CRM architecture, governance, and system scalability across revenue functions.
- Evaluate technologies and identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and user experience.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement workflows and automations to improve operational effectiveness.
- Lead integration strategy across CRM, marketing, finance, enablement, and operational platforms.
- Establish governance frameworks to improve data quality, integrity, and usability.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Business Performance teams to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Manage vendor relationships, technology evaluations, and implementation efforts.
